Garage Door Opener Repair

I now have a solid connection between the garage door and the opener. Fantastic service and excellent work.

  In 3 hours I had a new dead silent opener, hinges, spring, and cables. And finally 2 remotes, safety laser, and keypad.

Undersized springs and lousy workmanship.
I had Keen replace springs, bearings and cables on all 3 doors of our doors. Once again Vincent called ahead showed up on time with Seth to help him. Beautiful job. Neat and clean. Lubed and adjusted to perfection. I will always call them for any garage door or entrance gate work. Price was very fair and I felt like I had a good experience which is hard to find these days.

The technician , Skyler Slayton, kept this very senior lady, informed, answering all my questions with patience, and details that I understood. When I'd come out to check progress, he'd explain what he was doing. I am very happy with the results and the ease of operation. He helped me set up the pairing with my iPhone. He took the time to explain what he did afterwards and I really appreciated the education. I had no idea how many things factor into making a door run smoothly. He did a great job and I was surprised at how smooth the doors performed after he worked on them. I wanted it to close flush to the existing trim and he worked hard at getting it to close just right; even going back to the shop to get different hardware. He explained the complicated multifunction opener control and the whole thing works like a dream.
