We called a garage door company that had worked at our neighbors home and they showed up.  They did not even look at our problem code and wanted to replace our whole system for 1,300 dollars.  I sent them away.  Than we called Keen and talked with Melissia who did a great job finding out my problem and worked out what my problem was.  Josh showed up and actually looked at the code and Josh worked the problem.  He did a great job working the problem and then showed me what was going on.  He then showed me what we could do to fix the problem for half the price of what the first guys did.  If you want to get the best deal with the best people this is your best deal.
