Not only was the work done well, but he was clean and took the extra steps to make sure there were no future issues with the brackets etc. Basically he went the extra mile. The Tech, Vincent, arrive shortly after scheduled time, with phone updates, and installed replacement motor, belt drive, and rod, as well as new keypad.
