I called today (Saturday on Labor Day Weekend). They answered the phone and said someone could be here between 1-3pm. Skylar got here before 1pm and called 20 mins before his arrival.

Skylar immediately told me that it could be fixed now and recommended the I changed out the track wheels cuz they were shot. ( he showed me them and yes, they were).
