I don’t normally make reviews but I felt I needed to today.  We just moved into our new home and found the garage door to be in bad shape.  I called Keen Garage door repair after seeing their flyer in the mail.  I always try to look for a family owned Sonoma County Business when I can.  The phone was answered after the second ring.  The women that I spoke with was kind and friendly.  On the day of service, Levi arrived.  A true gentleman and hard worker.  He quickly identified the problems we were facing and came up with a reasonable solution.  I felt Levi was honest and respectful. Keen Garage Doors restored my faith. From my first phone inquiry with Robin on the phone to a lot of “hand holding” and explaining my options, I was well taken care of. I definitely shopped around and it was owner Jeramie’s personable, knowledgeable responsiveness that made me feel secure and ready to replace an original, old wood sectional door and a non-functioning motor.
This morning senior Technician  Derek Estill came to install the door and it was an efficient, conscious, smooth process. The result: an automatic garage door that is clean, quiet, and it looks so nice! Very pleased! I have never posted on Yelp or internet reviews before. A big thanks to Levi Slade for repairing my gate.  I was not able to get the original company that installed the circuit board to stand behind their work.
