I now have a solid connection between the garage door and the opener. Fantastic service and excellent work.

Undersized springs and lousy workmanship.
I had Keen replace springs, bearings and cables on all 3 doors of our doors. Once again Vincent called ahead showed up on time with Seth to help him. Beautiful job. Neat and clean. Lubed and adjusted to perfection. I will always call them for any garage door or entrance gate work. Price was very fair and I felt like I had a good experience which is hard to find these days.

The technician , Skyler Slayton, kept this very senior lady, informed, answering all my questions with patience, and details that I understood. When I'd come out to check progress, he'd explain what he was doing. I am very happy with the results and the ease of operation. He helped me set up the pairing with my iPhone. He did a great job and I was surprised at how smooth the doors performed after he worked on them.
