We just moved into our new home and found the garage door to be in bad shape.  I called Keen Garage door repair after seeing their flyer in the mail.  I always try to look for a family owned Sonoma County Business when I can.  The phone was answered after the second ring.  The women that I spoke with was kind and friendly.  On the day of service, Levi arrived.  A true gentleman and hard worker.  He quickly identified the problems we were facing and came up with a reasonable solution.
