Great experience from start to finish. Jeremy was very informative over the phone with my options. Went with a linear 801 model. The Tech, Vincent, arrive shortly after scheduled time, with phone updates, and installed replacement motor, belt drive, and rod, as well as new keypad. We're very pleased with the selection and service of Keen Garage Doors.  Derek and Johnny replaced our weathered 40 year old door quickly and conscientiously.  Upon reviewing photos of our newly installed door Derek recognized a very small flaw we'd yet noticed. Unsolicited, he returned the same afternoon to make a minor adjustment to the installation. Skyler and crew, who did the installing, are also fantastic, efficient, informative & responsive. I called for an appointment/estimate  for two garage doors and a gate motor installation. Having nothing but a great experience with the techs, scheduling and the owner. For a new build installation KEEN is hands down the best in the county. A family owned business that is out there to take care of the customer.

From start to finish we had a great experience with this company. I called them after spring broke and trapped my car inside. They were able to get a technician out to us within just a few hours. Was given a general starting price for the expected repair and that number remained true when the tech arrived and finished the job. It was completed quickly and professionally. All my questions were answered. I forgot to tell the tech to apply a discount that was offered and honored. The office called soon after and had my card credited for the discount. I don’t normally make reviews but I felt I needed to today.  We just moved into our new home and found the garage door to be in bad shape.  I called Keen Garage door repair after seeing their flyer in the mail.  I always try to look for a family owned Sonoma County Business when I can.  The phone was answered after the second ring.  The women that I spoke with was kind and friendly.  On the day of service, Levi arrived.  A true gentleman and hard worker.  He quickly identified the problems we were facing and came up with a reasonable solution.  I felt Levi was honest and respectful.
