The Tech, Vincent, arrive shortly after scheduled time, with phone updates, and installed replacement motor, belt drive, and rod, as well as new keypad. They were able to get a technician out to us within just a few hours. Was given a general starting price for the expected repair and that number remained true when the tech arrived and finished the job. It was completed quickly and professionally. All my questions were answered. I forgot to tell the tech to apply a discount that was offered and honored. The office called soon after and had my card credited for the discount. We just moved into our new home and found the garage door to be in bad shape.  I called Keen Garage door repair after seeing their flyer in the mail.  I always try to look for a family owned Sonoma County Business when I can.  The phone was answered after the second ring.  The women that I spoke with was kind and friendly.  On the day of service, Levi arrived.  A true gentleman and hard worker.  He quickly identified the problems we were facing and came up with a reasonable solution.
